Bobbi's take on the traditional lipstick, the new lip tints are the perfect blend of hydration and colour

Just in time to create supple, hydrated lips for the rest of summer, Jones Road has launched its beautiful new lip product, The Lip Tint. Using Bobbi's take on traditional lipsticks, the formula is lightweight and buildable.

Jones Road was founded by world renowned makeup artist, Bobbi Brown. Bobbi believes that the world is saturated with beauty products, and instead of creating more of them, what was needed was better, clean, high-grade formulation products that work for all skin types and tones.

The brand's latest launch, The Lip Tint, promises wearers an easy application, that is complete with buildable colour and ultimate hydration. The formula of the tint is a mix of a balm and a stain, making it lightweight enough to wear all day long, but with the ability to give you a stronger pigment if you layer up.

The cruelty-free lip product is available now, for £24, and comes in nine gorgeous shades. Long gone are the days where wearing a lip product means you have to smother on layers of drying, matte lipstick and feel your lips crack after not much time at all. Lip products like The Lip Tint are redefining what it means to wear colour on your lips, in a modern way that feels comfortable.

“Lip Tint can be worn sheer or bold depending on your personal style. Darker lips require a deeper lip color, like Nude Rose, Pink Rose, Black Cherry, or Merlot," says Bobbi. "I use Pink Lip Tints with our Pink Cool Glosses and occasionally reach for Mocha Shimmer to tone down the Lip Tint to the perfect ideal color.”

Designed to be used on the go, the tint is infused with castor seed oil, to deliver intense moisture, leaving lips feeling hydrated and supremely nourished.

The shades range from Nude Rose, Pink Rose, Black Cherry, Merlot, Raspberry, Just Peachy, Valencia Orange, Pretty and Ruby, so there really is something for everyone. For high octane shine, Bobbi recommends layering Cool Gloss in Original over the top.
