Prom and event season is upon us, and figuring out your hair and makeup look is just as important as finding the perfect outfit.

Here’s a stunning makeup look I created that is neutral enough for any occasion, suitable for all ages and easy to recreate:

Primer: Glowing skin is essential for this look so I primed the skin using Smashbox — Photo Finish Illuminate Glow Primer. This vegan and cruelty-free primer delivers a flattering, bright and healthy-looking glow with a universal shimmer.

Foundation: I evened out her complexion using Sephora — SClean Glowing Skin Foundation, which offers a buildable, lightweight coverage resulting in radiant, hydrated and healthy-looking skin.

Bronzer: A great way to get a natural-looking sun kissed complexion is with bronzer and highlighter. On Sierra, I used the Benefit Cosmetics — Hoola Bronzer, which is an award-winning, silky finish formula that is available in four shades. I then applied a light dusting of MAC — Mineralized Skin Finish highlighter in “Soft and Gentle,” to the peek points of her face (tip of nose, cheek bones and brow bone).

Shadow: I dressed Sierra’s eye lids using Charlotte Tilbury — Matte Eyes to Mesmerize in “Nude Cashmere.” I then contoured her crease with Huda Beauty — Nude Shadow Palette in “Teddy,” added strip lashes to enhance her eyelashes and rimmed the lash line with Make Up For Ever — XL Waterproof Eye Pencil in M14.

Brows: To create a flawless, fluffy and natural looking brow shape, I used Benefit Cosmetics — Precisely My Brow Pencil Waterproof Eyebrow Definer, layered with their Gimme Brow — Volumizing Gel. Both are personal favourites and best-selling products that beautifully transform shapeless, undefined brows.

Lipstick: I loved a nude lip and used a lip brush to apply Stila — Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick in “Caramello.” I then lined her mouth with MAC — Oak Lip Pencil and dabbed clear lip gloss to the centre of her mouth for added sheen.
